1.) Dress happy...craft happy.
Ditch the black and grey and brighten up your day by dressing in a colour which will turn heads and bring a bit of cheer. We love this idea of cutting up brightly coloured umbrella material and making it into a skirt. Waterproof never looked so chic.
2.) Yoga
3.) Bake
Baking can be incredibly therapeutic (plus you get the fantastic sugar boost when you "sample" the results). Why not bake a simple batch of cupcakes and use some pretty colours for the icing? Share them out at work and bring a smile to everyone's face!
4.) Get a laugh
A good laugh gets rid of tension and leaves your muscles relaxed for up to 45 minutes after. Laughing can also help relieve pain.
5. Give yourself a make-over
Everyone loves being pampered and sometimes a change is just what's called for to pull you out of that funk you've been in. Whether it's a haircut or a new shade of lipstick - you'll feel gorgeous!
