Halloween Activities

OooooooOOoooooh iiiiiit’sssss neaaaarly Hallloooooowwweeeeeeen! (OK I’ll stop now) Anyway as any parent knows the kids will expect activities other than plain old trick or treating. So here at Topperland we’ve put on our best fairy costume and we’re granting your wish for ideas!

1.       Make their costume and get them to help!
Spoonful has some amazing costumes from the elaborate to the last minute, we’re loving this amazing Autumn Fairy costume

2.       Get them in the kitchen
Make some basic plain cookies in Halloween style shapes then get the kids to decorate them with you.

3.       Pumpkin Carving
Sit down with your little one and help them carve a pumpkin – just make sure you’re careful and do all those tricky bits that require a knife!  Try this fantastic pumpkin carving kit from Amazon

4.       Halloween Colouring
Coloring ws is a great site for finding pictures for the kids to colour in. We’re especially loving this sweet Jack –O– Lantern picture for the kids to colour in:

5.       Face Painting
Are you particularly creative? Why not check out Parenting.com for some brilliant step by step guides on how to achieve some brilliant looks as we’re loving this tiger design!

Hopefully this has helped you with some ideas for what to do with the little ones this Halloween (other than let them gorge on sweeties). If you have any other ideas however please do not hesitate to let us and everyone else know all about it.

@Topperland

As always we look forwards to hearing from you!

Love
