Evolution of a Topper… Part 2

Yesterday we started showing you all how we make our Toppers and we got as far as this (check out the first steps here):

 So here we are giving you the next few steps so you can see how we made our very adorable frankenchild (who we’re still taking name suggestions for).

Step 5. Shaping the face

Having added detailing for the torso we start shaping the details of the face, this is used as a guide for when we start adding more in depth detailing.

 This is what we're left with having completed that stage.

Step 6. Adding Colour

Having completely filled in the details of the face as a guide we then added small pieces of polymer clay to the mouth and eyes.

Step 7. Adding in the arms

 We next start sculpting the arms before attaching them to the body.

 Which leaves us with this!

Final step! Add the hair and bake!

 We then proceed to add the hair and any other little details and then we finally have our very own Frankenbaby!

So let us know what did you think?

@Topperland

As always we look forward to hearing from you soon!

Love,

Topperland

P.S. We’re still looking at naming him so get in touch with your suggestions!
